Meet Victoria Pincelli MSW, LSW: Our Newest Therapist at Solace Counseling

Victoria is passionate about helping children (ages 7+), teens, adults, caregivers, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities find hope, healing, and renewed confidence through compassionate, personalized counseling. She believes that meaningful healing begins with feeling truly heard, understood, and supported, and she creates a warm, judgment-free space where clients can safely navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and other obstacles. For those who desire it, Victoria also offers faith-based counseling that thoughtfully integrates Christian values into the therapeutic process.
Victoria takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. She incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness techniques, and play therapy to help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, Victoria is dedicated to empowering clients with the tools and confidence they need to thrive. We are thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to the positive impact she will make in the lives of individuals and families throughout the Colorado Springs community.
