Catelin Estrada, LPCC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hello, I’m Catelin Estrada, LPCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Development. I believe therapy should be a warm, welcoming, and collaborative experience where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore what you’re experiencing, and work toward meaningful change. I believe every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity to grow. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I’ll work alongside you to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical coping skills you can use in everyday life.
My counseling approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, emotional challenges, low confidence, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence.
I am passionate about working with children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. Before becoming a counselor, I spent six years working as a school counselor, supporting children and teens through academic, emotional, social, and personal challenges. This experience strengthened my passion for helping young people develop confidence, emotional awareness, coping skills, and healthy ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to help you create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, managing emotions, building self-esteem, or looking for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create the life you want.
