Sarah Pascetti, LPCC, MA, NCC

I embrace the beautiful complexity of being human, where therapy can be raw, radiant, and sometimes even funny. My goal is to create a space where you can say the things that feel too sharp or awkward to voice elsewhere—without fear of judgment. Whether it’s a tough truth or a moment of humor, you’re free to express it here.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. That’s why I tailor each session to meet your needs. Together, we might engage in traditional talk therapy, explore creative exercises with whiteboards, or dive into handouts and homework to deepen our work. Whatever works best for you, I’m here to guide you through it.

I specialize in helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, from depression

and anxiety to relationship struggles. Some areas I focus on include burnout, financial therapy, reproductive health, self-esteem, and career transitions. I also love working with those who are new to therapy or feeling hesitant to start the journey. Whether it’s navigating the stress of big decisions or celebrating the joy in life’s transitions, I’ll be here to help you find your way.

Before counseling, I spent years in both nonprofit and corporate healthcare, beginning as a CNA in nursing homes and eventually working my way into leadership roles. My time in education was particularly transformative, where I discovered my passion for offering empathy and practical support to individuals in need. It was that experience that inspired me to pivot into therapy, where I now get to offer the same care and compassion to help others heal and grow.
