  at Solace Solutions

Hi, my name is Razaina Jean. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and personal growth. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process built on trust, honesty, authenticity, and genuine human connection.

My therapeutic approach is warm, direct, and compassionate while remaining honest and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, challenge negative thought patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier coping skills. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship issues, stress, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

I am dedicated to helping clients build emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy, my goal is to help you feel supported while encouraging growth through honest conversations and intentional change.

I believe emotional wellness and self-care are essential parts of living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and stories that may be holding you back while creating new pathways toward healing and confidence. I value authenticity, meaningful dialogue, and even the uncomfortable moments that often lead to the greatest growth.

If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, I am here to guide, challenge, and support you through the process of self-discovery and healing.
