Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.  Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full rate of the session scheduled unless you are using Medicaid. If you are a Medicaid client, 2 or more no shows will result in being taken off the schedule and you will have to reach out to reschedule.
