Hello, I’m Rebecca. I love working with couples who deeply value their marriage or relationship, regardless of its current state. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen an already solid partnership or are healing from deep wounds and painful interactions, I am dedicated to helping couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My work focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust and emotional intimacy, and resolving conflict in healthy, respectful ways. I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
I also bring over 10 years of experience working with families in conflict, teenagers who are struggling, and individuals navigating anxiety and depression. I find teens to be fascinating, fun, and deeply insightful, and I enjoy the challenge of building trusting relationships that help them feel safe enough to open up. I am equally passionate about supporting individuals who feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of their place in life—it is a true honor to help someone reconnect with purpose and direction.
As a mother to a Marine veteran, I have a deep personal understanding of the unique stressors faced by military families and veterans, including deployment-related
challenges, reintegration, communication struggles, and the emotional toll military life can bring. This lived experience informs my work and allows me to offer compassionate, informed support to those who serve and the families who support them.
My therapeutic approach is warm, non-judgmental, and strengths-focused. I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. You are the expert on your own life, and I believe you already possess the capacity to grow and reach your goals. I take time to truly get to know my clients and allow them to guide their sessions, while also being willing to gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving them. My style is often described as coaching-oriented, and I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, as they are adaptable, practical, and empowering.
I view anyone seeking support as brave and admirable, and I take my role in helping people become their best selves very seriously.
